Simply put... five stars! I spend a lot in the hobby and there are many companies these days that sell dry goods. What makes Premium Aquatics stand out is their excellent customer service, and their quick turn around shipping items. All too often we have unavoidable problems in this hobby, and read horror stories about customer service. PA is always just an email or a phone call away and respond fast and solve the issue to get the ball rolling, which is much less than I could say for many other vendors in the industry!

Martin Luther King once said: “The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy”.   I’ve always admired this statement and find it applicable to not only “man” but also to the companies I do business with.  Anyone can sell an item for a cheap price, however in my book,  it’s how they handle an issue if/when it occurs that really matters.  At these moments service always trumps price.

Lured by their great prices, I purchased a return pump from Premium Aquatics several months back.  Unfortunately the pump had a manufactures defect and necessitated replacement.  I e-mailed Premium Aquatics, fully expecting them to simply give me the manufacture’s phone number and wash their hands of the situation, but I couldn't have been more wrong.   My email was promptly responded to by Michelle who quickly acted to resolve my issue – communicating with the manufacture to ensure the proper replacements parts were shipped in an expeditious manner, all while keeping me abreast to the progress – even following up a few weeks after resolution to ensure everything was still going okay.

The pump was my first purchase from Premium Aquatics and based upon the amazing customer service I received, I've made several subsequent purchases.  All items shipped quickly and, as previously mentioned, their prices are great.  In my opinion, this is the ideal combination that will keep me coming back for years to come. Thank again Michelle for all your assistance!!
