ReefBugs COMPLETE

CREATES REAL LIVE MARINE INFUSORIA -MICROPLANKTON, NANOPLANKTON AND PICOPLANKTON FOR YOUR MARINE REEF AQUARIUM IN THIRTY MINUTES!

Reef Bugs are natural, not frozen, not dried, not freeze dried, not cooked, with no preservatives! ReefBugs COMPLETE is real reef or marine “snow” which is an aggregate of LIVING MICROBES clinging to organic, inorganic, volcanic, mineral, living or recently dead matter. It provides a significant amount of reef nutrition for hard and soft corals, filter feeders and the cryptic organisms that are in live rock. Reef Bugs yields particles measuring less than one micron, up to macroscopic sizes. The individual living organisms cannot be viewed with a typical microscope. It is not the intention of the product for the microbes to be bigger. Smaller organisms are more efficient in this application as many organisms and their larvae need even smaller organisms to feed upon. Those that prefer larger particles will benefit from the aggregates formed.

These microbial aggregates, primarily bacteria and fungi (yeasts and related organisms), provide 30% or more of the planktonic matter raining down on the reef. They adhere to the coral’s surface where the corals retain them and "farm" them for their own use.  A section of natural coral reef comprising the volume of a one hundred gallon aquarium has about three quarters of a pound of Reef Bugs COMPLETE -type bio-aggregates raining down upon it in a day. True reef /marine snow is alive and repeatedly inoculates the reef with desirable edible organisms and those which are necessary for balancing the substrate and the creatures colonizing it. Reef Bugs COMPLETE is a unique product having these characteristics.

Use: ReefBugs COMPLETE are excysted ("hatched") by placing 1/8 teaspoon in 6-8oz of aquarium water for 20-30 minutes. Stir every ten minutes to assist in hatching, and when ready pour into high flow area or return pump to disperse evenly throughout the tank. One teaspoon per day could be utilized in an established Reef tank. Start conservatively; a half teaspoon per 100 gallons three times a week.

Activate POD POWER at night, by adding a small portion of ReefBugs COMPLETE to enhance reproduction in pods and other nocturnal organisms.

Storage: Close bag by squeezing out air and reseal. Keep in a cool dry place; the refrigerator is ideal. Do not freeze for extended periods. Shelf life is at least one year from date of purchase.

Ingredients: Minimum: four billion cfu/g of marine microbes in a carrier conducive to excysting ("hatching") and adhesion.
