Reef Brite 72 Lumi Lite 50/50 LED Strip Light

100% satisfied with these lights. These lights are great for eliminating the shadows caused by my primary led light fitxure. Like most, my main led lights are mounted centered in the tank, leaving me with shadows when the fish swim on the top corners of the tank and shadows along the sides of some of my aquascape. Being so slim, the lumi lights can be mounted right along the edge of the aquarium, eliminating all these annoying shadows!!! All without any additional light spill over. If you can’t go coast to coast led lighting, adding these are the next best thing. Another plus, is unlike t5’s these won’t decrease shimmer. I like a lot of blue in my tank and was originally worried the 50/50 may end up being too white but this was simply not the case. The color on these are great and really illuminate the tank. I probably wouldn’t recommend these lights if you are looking to add some additional power to your lighting system for say coral health or looking to get shimmer from a t5 fixture. Let’s be fair, these lights are only 72 watts and very tiny. Reef brite makes other models for that purpose. But if you’re like me and just want to get some more light spread in your tank these are great!!! Couldn’t be happier. I have a 210g room divider tank and ended up buying one of these for each side of the tank. Seeing the light spread these add I think they will probably allow me to lower my primary lighting hood a few inches which is another plus. Highly recommended
