Instructions: Open the easy-tear pouch and remove desired number of pods. To quick-thaw, leave pods at room temperature for 5 minutes. Peel back pod seal and pour food into aquarium. Feed often, but only what fish can consume in 2 minutes. This product is not a staple food and should be fed as a part of a balanced diet.
