Returns

365 Day Returns - If your product is brand new, factory sealed without damages, you can return up to 365 days from date of purchase. You can either use the automated request a return option online, or email us to start the return process. Return shipping would be the responsibility of the purchaser.

If the item is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us and we will go through the options available to correct the issue. The manufacturer may need to be contacted in some cases if the unit is thought to be defective.

Returns requested over 30 days from the date of purchase will be given in reward points or store credit. Return prior to 30 days from the date of purchase can be refunded to the original form of payment.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please return using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance in case of damage or loss as that would be the responsibility of the shipper(you).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, test kits, etc), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
