I am a big fan of Sicce. I have various pumps of theirs and they are all very quiet and perform well.
I have yet to use this SDC pump using the phone app, but manually controlling these is all I need for their use as a sump pump. These are awesome to disassemble and clean, would highly recommend. Great assortment of attachment pieces for various plumbing configurations.
