The Filter Monitor is an innovative system to alert when a filter needs to be changed via color-coded lights at the base of the faucet. The battery-powered FM-2 has five timers for a 5-stage system, as well as a water volumizer and programmable set-points and alarms for each function, all in a crisp, attractive housing.

HOW TO ACTIVATE THE VOLUME (if not appearing): The flow sensor must be connected prior to the batteries. To correct the problem: 1. Unplug the flow sensor 2. Remove a battery 3. Reconnect the flow sensor 4. Put the battery back in TO RESTART A STAGE TIMER/VOLUMIZER AFTER A FILTER HAS BEEN CHANGED: 1. Press the PWR/STG button to turn the power on. 2. Press the PWR/STG button to advance to the stage that needs to be reset. 3. Press the SET button. "SET" will appear on the screen. 4. Press and hold the SET button for two seconds. The unit will beep twice and "SET" will disappear. 5. That stage has been reset. The timer will restart counting down, and the volumizer will restart counting up from zero. 6. Press and hold the PWR/STG button to turn the power off.

The silver disc in the photo above is the LED Faucet Indicator Disc (part FM-LED). This disc sits at the base of a filter faucet and will display a green, yellow or red light every time the water runs, indicating that the filter is good, should be changed soon, or should be changed immediately. ............................................................
