Green Torch Coral - Local Aqua-cultured

Torch Coral (Euphyllia) is an LPS Coral that lights moderate lighting, just about all the current T5, VHO, Halide setups are plenty for this coral and top brand LEDs. They like moderate water flow, enough to move them around and sway. Although not required, feeding the tank with micro plankton, zoo plankton etc would benefit this coral. You should maintain good calcium & magnesium levels with this coral.

 

They can be kept next to other Euhphyllia species, but leave plenty of room for other specie corals, as they will put out sweeping tentacles and sting there neighbors to compete for space on the reef.
