Very high quality sump.
Love the white which helps with viewing detritus making it easier to remove and since it stands out more you will want to actually remove it more.

Filter socks either you love them or hate them. They require more maintenance and need to be washed. They do help with detritus. I prefer a drip plate where I can throw a cheap filter pad in and I can just toss out every couple of days. That is just what I prefer and I have not seen any sump made that way unless custom so not really a negative just what I prefer and I wish more sumps had that option.

Very well designed with a covered drain section which helps with noise and evaporation. It has a gate for adjustable water level. Roomy skimmer and return sections. It has a probe holder which is nice.

I have other Elite Aquatics products and all are very high quality.
