300 is perfect....in my system a 100 or 200 Sock would get clogged up in 2-3 days max... with these is go 2 weeks....

300 micron nylon is too open to use as a filter sock. I could keep one of these socks on my tank for a month and it wouldn't get clogged up. Perhaps there is another reason for this product but don't use it as a filter sock.
