(02/11/2006) - I will agree that this is a nice match for the CPR refugium. I like the overall look. Electrically this light is crap. Finnex uses an old style magnetic ballasts and a starter. The first one I got would not start at all. The replacement one flickered on and off for and hour and the finally came on. Most power compacts have electrical ballast and a 55W bulb would have been nice.

(10/26/2005) - nice match up with the cpr refugium . easy to mount or remove also. o simply attached the adjustable mounting legs - set it on top and plugged it into the light timmer . only drawback i see is the power cord could be a bit longer .
