(10/30/2012) - Ok, here is my solution to the inconsistent air flow. Remove the silencer, and replace with a simple air valve. Adjust the air flow until you get a consistent bubble size and you're set. Check it out here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EcWd2ot0Blk&feature=plcp
